2007 Cabernet Tasting Notes:
The Nose: Underlying the blackberry, dark cherry, and hints of enticing licorice is a bed of complex aromas that are both earthy and warm.
The Palate: Mature flavors of anise, plums, and dark cherries wrap around cedar and cigar box that flesh out the broad mid-palate. The finish extends with dusty tannins and a pleasant astringency that reintroduce the original aromas with a bit of juniper .
